Shipping

Please allow 2–3 business days processing time before your order ships, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery times vary by location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

If your shipping address was entered incorrectly, contact us immediately at info@srmgrlz.com. Changes cannot be made once an order has shipped, and customers are responsible for any additional fees incurred when delivery is attempted to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

ShowRoom MeenGrlz is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen. If tracking shows delivered and you have not received your order, please file a claim with USPS and contact us so we can assist.

Returns

We do not issue refunds. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for store credit, subject to the conditions below.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE — NO EXCEPTIONS.

To start a return, email info@srmgrlz.com with your order number and reason for return within 10 days of your delivery date. We will issue a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without a return authorization number cannot be processed.

  • Store credit is issued as an E-Gift Card code. Store credit never expires.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • We recommend a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate. ShowRoom MeenGrlz is not liable for return packages lost or stolen in transit — please keep your proof of postage and tracking number.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and tags attached.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed once received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@srmgrlz.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and correct the order at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return your item for store credit following the process above, then use your E-Gift Card code to purchase the size or color you want.
